my reasoning behind a new character is the fact that most of us already have proffesions and they for most of us it dosnt really rake in as much money as we would like. if we set ourselfs up with a chance character of some sort with a proffesion that makes good money then you could vary well find yourself as rich as moe.lol

another good idea came to me while checking out female osa porn...some of us have ways of making mass amounts of money...others have trouble holding onto there dignety so heres the idea i had. why not everyone work on just a money making character. wether or not we use this money to buy a house or not dosnt matter but if everyone is making money we know everyone is doing better. i personally hate the idea of making an enu so when i come back maby a chance panda or possibly even a chance osa just to rub it in the face of a few other osas i know.lol never the less the more chance you have and the higher the lvl the better the game play when it comes to drops.

truth be told between all of us in the guild if we threw it all tegether we could have a house with in a week or less. but none of us want to let go of those funds due to our own personal wants to better our characters. we all talk the good talk but lets face it...were all a bunch of selfish perverted players who all have a sexuall obsession with the old man leading us. wich reminds me...does moe still wake up in places that he didnt fall asleep in?? gawd i hope so.lol

Touche, yeah its very rare to buy find a house for sale now adays, and it urks me just a bit how some of these owners are ancient players that very RARELY come on, if ever..me myself personally, I think it would be a good Idea to have a limit on how many houses/paddocks you can own as a single player/guild member..we`ll see how this all plays out soon enough, and youre right TJ what do we do with all of that money that we would normally aquire for a house? Who Knows, Mats for epic lvl sets? Mats for Proffs? *shrugs* Be Easy Folks

call it a feeling but the housing system on dofus has been a little broken for a while. most of the houses are not really owned by anyone or even up for sale and the ones that are are usually scooped up by the higher lvl guilds. we all know of the guilds that have 4 or 5 houses as well as paddocks. i have a feeling there going to change how this works soon. yah know strap limitations on houses and how many a guild can have... possibly even open new lands where there will be more housing and paddocks. lets just see if im correct. till then good luck getting a house or a paddock. its hard to come by that money and even harder to find a house to spend it on.
